SMS Program & Opt-In

PolarGrid Corporation ("PolarGrid," "we," "us") operates a text-messaging program (the "Program") on behalf of itself and its business customers — for example, Digital Treehouse, an AI consulting company whose inbound phone line is answered by a PolarGrid voice assistant. This page describes the Program and exactly how you consent to receive text messages.

How you opt in

Consent is given verbally, during an inbound phone call that you initiate. You opt in like this:

  • You call a business line served by a PolarGrid voice assistant (for example, Digital Treehouse's published business number).
  • During the call, you ask the assistant to text you something — typically a link to book a consultation.
  • The assistant confirms your mobile number on the call before sending, then sends a single SMS to that number.

We only text a number that has just called and explicitly asked for the message. There is no web form, SMS keyword, purchased list, or pre-existing contact list — consent is captured in real time from the caller who initiated contact and requested the message.

What you'll receive

A single, transactional SMS — for example, a Calendly link to book a call. Messages are one-to-one and sent only at your request; there is no marketing or promotional content. Example messages:

  • "Thanks for calling Digital Treehouse! Here's the link to book a quick call: https://calendly.com/scott-digitaltreehouse/discovery-call  Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "Digital Treehouse here — as requested, here's your link to book a call: https://calendly.com/scott-digitaltreehouse/discovery-call  Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Message frequency & rates

Messages are transactional and sent on request — you will typically receive a single message each time you ask for one during a call. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you receive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

Reply STOPto any message to unsubscribe — you'll receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@polargrid.ai. Every message includes opt-out instructions.

Program name & privacy

Program name: PolarGrid (including messages sent on behalf of the business you called). We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
