PolarGrid provides edge AI infrastructure and, on behalf of its business customers, operates inbound voice agents that answer phone calls and may send text messages that a caller requests during a call.

Information we collect

  • Call and message content — the phone number you call from, call audio and transcripts, and the details you share during a call so we can help you (for example, a request to book a consultation).
  • Account and usage data — information about how you interact with our platform and websites, including log and device data.

How we use your information

  • To operate the Services — answer calls, respond to requests, and send a text message when you ask us to (for example, a link to book a call).
  • To notify the relevant business of your call or request, so they can follow up with you.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

SMS / text messaging

If you ask an agent to text you during a call, we use the phone number you provide solely to send the message you requested and related service messages. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging terms.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the Services: with the business whose line you called (so they can follow up), and with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as telephony and cloud infrastructure providers) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
