This week, Miami came online as a new PolarGrid region, the fleet dashboard went live at fleet.polargrid.ai, and monitoring coverage improved across the board.
Miami is live
A new edge node, mia-01, is now live in Miami, bringing PolarGrid to a new region on the US East Coast. Teams previously routing through Washington or New York now have a closer, lower-latency option for East Coast workloads. We've also expanded compute capacity in San Francisco, giving West Coast workloads more headroom during high-traffic periods.
Miami is immediately available as a selectable region in the dashboard, playground, and both the JS and Python SDKs. Intelligent auto-routing, health monitoring, and automatic failover are active from day one. If you're using region auto-select, your traffic will route through the closest healthy node automatically.
Fleet dashboard live at fleet.polargrid.ai
The PolarGrid fleet dashboard is now publicly accessible at fleet.polargrid.ai. It shows real-time node health across the full network, with status flags indicating whether each node is busy, stale, or down.
For teams routing latency-sensitive workloads, this gives you a live read on network availability before you dispatch. No login required.
Reliability improvements
Monitoring gaps identified during last week's outage are now closed. Sustained node-down events now escalate automatically, and queue-depth alerting catches stalled nodes before they impact running workloads. Recovery times will be faster, and degradations will be surfaced earlier.
Dashboard refresh
The PolarGrid dashboard has a new look; updated brand colors, cleaner typography throughout, and a first-load prompt that asks what you're building. If you haven't logged in recently, it's worth a visit.
